State Bank of India (SBI), in its ongoing commitment to innovation and customer convenience, has revolutionized its banking ecosystem through the aggressive implementation of the Core Banking Solution (CBS). With CBS, SBI customers have transitioned from being “Branch Customers” to truly “Bank Customers.” This transformation empowers account holders—particularly those in the Personal and SME segments—with the flexibility to access a wide range of services across all CBS-enabled branches, breaking the conventional barrier of branch-specific operations. SBI from time to time releases Circular and Master Circular for services to be provided to its customer.
